Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of the FunBusters website. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies.

2. Seller identification

Purchases are made from the trader identified on our Seller Information page. Until official company details are published, placeholder information is shown — please check /legal before ordering.

3. Products and prices

Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the site and at Stripe Checkout. All product prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to limit quantities. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after successful payment.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through Stripe Checkout. We accept card payments processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

After payment you receive an email confirmation. Delivery is arranged after successful payment to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

• To exercise the right, notify us in writing at contact@funbustersbg.com before the deadline.
• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
• We refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method where possible.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

It also does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to goods which deteriorate rapidly.

8. Complaints and contact

9. Liability and governing law

We are liable under applicable Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

5. Shipping costs and delivery times
